Jumbo Flat Needles
Net repairs must be made in all conditions and at all times. Loomis Marine Jumbo Flat Needles have been designed for use both at sea and ashore. They work for most all mesh sizes from trawl and landing nets to crab pots and tuna seines. Made of rugged marine grade acetal, our needles are made to withstand all elements and remain pliable even in extremely cold weather.

Purse Rings (Non-Metallic)
Loomis Marine Purse Rings improve maneuverability and extend the use-life of purse lines. Their self lubricating properties work like oil to help purse lines slide freely through the rings. Reduced abrasion means lines last longer. Molded with a patented thermal plastic polymer process, our purse rings are designed to withstand extreme stress loads. And because they are non-metallic, these purse rings won’t scratch hull paint or fall susceptible to the effects of electrolysis on aluminum decks.

Net Rings & Trawl Rings
Smart, simple design allows Loomis Marine Net and Trawl Rings to carry large loads while reducing line abrasion. The marine grade resins we use allow for stress loads up to 2,600 pounds and the self-lubricating properties of our unique polymers reduce friction and extend the life of your lines. They are perfect for brailer closings to cod ends on trawl nets, or even to purse the opening on crab pots.

Heavy Duty Trolling Blocks
Loomis Marine’s popular wire and rope sheave trolling blocks use state-of-the-art materials and a unique design to create a low friction, low wear surface that is virtually indestructible. Our improved self-lubricating Oilite bushing system is available in a variety of mount options including; 1,500 pound break test corrosion resistant swivel, or a 2,500 pound break test 2/0 galvanized chain. The reinforced nylon, four inch block has been lab tested to 3,700 pounds not including swivel or chain, and the six inch block tested at an incredible 5,800 pounds not including swivel or chain. Our tough marine grade plastic sheave is designed to withstand heavy wear from steel trolling wire.

Pot Saver
Loomis Marine Pot Savers help crabbers lessen the chance of losing pots when crab lines get crossed during haul-up. Working like a pulley, the pot saver allows wrapped lines to free-wheel their way topside. With self-lubricating properties, they also prevent lines from being chafed, which has proven to reduce the incidence of lost pots from severed lines saving hundreds of dollars.
